Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Shipping: All products are shipped within 90 business days, although most of the orders are dispatched within 15 business days, depending on product availability. Delivery times are estimated time, and unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays.

2. Shipping costs: These charges are shown on screen at the time of order confirmation.

3. Non-serviceable areas: Delivery to certain areas is subject to the availability of courier partners. If your area is not serviceable, you can use an alternate address for delivery purposes.

4. Handling delivery issues
a) Order says “Delivered,” but not received
i. First, check with your neighbors or front desk, as they might have received it on your behalf.
ii. If you still cannot locate it, contact our support team.

b) Damaged or tampered box: If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or the seal is broken, you should refuse the delivery and immediately report the issue to support.

c) Damaged or incorrect product: You must report any damage, incorrect item, or missing components within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints after this period will not be accepted.
