Refund Policy

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 business days. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account. We also offer refund option via credit note which will be added within 48 hours while bank account refund might take 7 business days. Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel the order before the shipment of the product/products, (within 24 hours of order placement), customer has to go to ‘My Orders’ and cancel the order or else contact info@sterifag.in. In order to cancel the order after the shipment of the product/products, customer has to contact info@sterifag.in. Refund is processed within 7 business days when order stands canceled before shipment. Refund and order cancellation after shipment is dispatched is not possible.

Return/Replacement Policy

Equipment which once ordered cannot be returned or replaced if they have been shipped. In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
